Recent changes have been made to the NSW Work Health and Safety Regulation. These are generally only minor administrative changes, and there should be no difference to the day to day WHS considerations in the workplace. The only action which needs to take place is to ensure documentation refers to the 2017 Regulation, not the 2011 Regulation.
