Whether you're in the office, or out on
the road. You're still part of a team
you're not on your own.
Hi, my name is Rose I've been at
Employsure for 8 months now, I'm a WHS
consultant, Employsure assists usually
small to medium sized businesses with
employee relations and WHS also. Having
worked in safety over 20 years, most
of my roles were working for a company,
so I was the advisor or the manager or
the consultant for that company. In this
situation I would be a consultant going
out and assisting other smaller
companies to comply with legislation.
Clients that have no idea that want to
do the right thing but don't know where
to start. We talk to them, we discuss what
they need, we talk them through a plan of
how to implement all these documents
we've given them, then they also have an
advice team it's there on call to
assist them with more questions they may
have. You feel a sense of worth, like,
you've helped someone that day, improve
what they doing for their company and
the great thing about the role is it's a
different industry every day. So it's
always something new you're learning
something different, all our clients
really want your assistance. They are
really appreciative of what you do for
them
